WHAT IS FOUNDATION FITNESS

We recognise that a gym can be an overwhelming space, with complex equipment and a flow of people who all seem to know what they are doing.

As a new member we want you to feel confident in what will be your gym. Knowing what you are doing, why you are doing it, and providing you with all the tools you need to see the results you are looking for is a prime goal.

That is why we have developed Foundation Fitness - a unique kickstart plan which is designed to guide, educate and instill confidence in your health and fitness journey.

THE COACHES

We know that quality coaching is essential when it comes to delivering an experience that creates a difference. For this reason, upon signing up to Foundation Fitness you will be assigned a Coach who has been handpicked as an expert in the area in which you want to improve or develop.

You will receive 3 sessions with your Coach, with all sessions being tailored to your specific needs. If you are a newbie, you may just want one of your sessions to be a meet and greet over a cup of coffee. If you're no stranger to a gym you may prefer your first session to be a delve into the gym space itself. Whatever you need, your Coach will provide.
