Changing Rooms

We gave both the ladies and gents changing rooms a huge overhaul fully tiled, with new showers, lockers, GHD hair dryers, straighteners and curling devices for the ladies!! (and gents)

Both have infa red saunas that are designed to heat you from within which is great to aid with injury healing and also burn body fat (sauna is a bolt on to all memberships £5 for 1x30 minute session or £40 for 10x30minutes sessions) swim wear and a towel to be worn at all times, and the medical sanitiser used to clean it down after the session.

We have a cleaning team that come in 3 times weekly and of course our team carry out 3 hourly changing room checks to keep them clean and always ready for use.
