4 Stage Journey
Get Familiar
The 4 Stage Journey is something we offer each and every member FREE of charge, this is the perfect introduction to the gym, the gym floor, the coach and the kit. We find it cushions the first visits for anyone entirely new the training and also is a great introduction for even the most established gym user that doesn’t know our specific kit. Step 1- Consultation to establish goals and discuss any limitations or health restrictions, also to explain food diaries Step 2- Gym floor assessment and Kit introduction. Step 3- basic full body workout session. Step 4 reassess any measurements, discuss food diary, and discuss the progression made.
