WE have amazing zones within the gym on our newly refurbed mezzanine we have an extensive cardio zone, custom track and functional fitness area leading into the boxing and stretch area. This opens up the gym floor for a free weight and arm section, chest back and shoulders all arranged perfectly for ease and quality of training, then there’s our insane leg zone and to the back of the gym 4 custom lifting racks.
