I specialise in strength training (beginners and advanced), mobility/rehab, diet & nutrition, and mental wellbeing. Having worked with a vast array of clientele both in Australia and the UK since starting my career in fitness in 2016, I can assure you that together we will create an enjoyable, sustainable and fulfilling journey.
